Introduction
Hi! I’m Mariah, and I’m well, happy and free.
Well Happy Free is my health + wellness endeavor that was birthed out of a desire for answers to health struggles, such as chronic pain and discomfort, digestive issues, skin problems, allergies, infertility, and other chronic health issues that I and others would deal with. Issues that might be considered “normal,” but deep down I have always intuitively known these things were not normal and did not accept them as such. Even if it was normal for other people, I knew that they weren’t supposed to be.
Through my journey, I have come across several revolutionary pieces and practices in the health & wellness world. These dynamic tools have not only changed my life personally, but I have watched them change and impact people around me as well who put them into practice.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned that if life has put something on your heart that you don’t know the answer to, then I believe that divine understanding is inviting you to find the answer so that you can bring it into the earth… and I want to invite you on that journey with me.
